Excercise in The Community
In order to allow as many people as possible to benefit from Fit 4 Life services, we provide Exercise Classes out in the community. Not everyone can come to one of the Fit 4 Life centres so we will come to you!
Gentle Exercise Classes for Over 50’s:
These classes are for anyone over the age of 50 looking to improve their fitness alongside other people of a similar age. The classes include a gentle warm-up and stretching followed by a series of exercises designed to help improve or maintain strength and cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness. Classes finish with a gentle cool-down and stretching.
Don’t worry if you think you are too unfit to attend these classes. The classes are highly adaptable allowing each person to work at a level which is comfortable for them making the classes ideal for people of all abilities.
