These sessions are for anyone of any age or level of fitness to come along and use our full range of Cardio Machines, Resistance Machines and Free Weights under expert guidance from our team of Instructors. Use the facilities at your own leisure or if you’d prefer, one of our team will write you a Personalised Exercise Programme to help you to achieve your goals.

Fit 4 Ladies

Looking to tone-up, lose weight and feel great? Then these are the classes for you! We offer a Cardio Class every Monday night where the focus is on burning calories, calories and more calories! Tuesday night’s class is all about toning and getting that body you’ve always wanted.
